Chapter 1720
Chapter 1720 Cosmetic Surgery
As Suzy pondered, she couldn't help but think Aron's face was the root of all evil.
"Son, why don't you consider getting cosmetic surgery? Make yourself look uglier so that you won't
attract attention outside!" Suzy said without holding back.
Surprisingly, Aron took her words seriously and shook his head. "No, I can't do that!"
Suzy questioned, "Why? Are you so attached to this attractive face of yours that attracts butterflies and
bees?"
Aron sighed, "Mom, if I become unattractive, you won't have to worry about me attracting attention
anymore, but have you thought about the possibility that my wife might find me ugly and not want me
anymore?"
Suzy was taken aback.
She suddenly remembered the moment when she found her husband, with one foot bare and covered
in mud, sitting on a big rock.
In that instant, she found him so unappealing that she almost turned around and left to find a divorce
lawyer.
"Makes sense!" Suzy said, looking slightly shaken.
Continuing the conversation, Aron said, "Mom, rest assured, I will be loyal."
"You'd better be!" Suzy shook her head in a headache-inducing manner. "Heaven help me. I hope I
give birth to a daughter this time. I'm so fed up with all these men in this family!"
Aron obediently kept quiet.
Suddenly, he remembered half a month ago when Brandon called him late at night, trembling with fear
as he said that Mom's long-delayed menopause had finally arrived.
She was already easily irritated and explosive, but now, it was even worse, and it was quite terrifying.
Aron glanced down at the pair of cheap slippers that his wife had ordered online, which he was wearing
on his feet.
He began to consider that his wife would also go through menopause in the future, and he needed to
start preparing now. By that time, he must do everything he can to make her feel comfortable.
Suzy said a couple of words to Aron, but when she didn't receive a response, she looked at her son,
who seemed to be lost in thought.
Suzy was speechless.
It was even more troublesome!
They arrived at the restaurant.
Suzy was feeling a headache, and after hearing a gentle greeting from Mia, her headache suddenly
disappeared.
Mia happily ran towards her.
"My sweet baby!" Suzy hugged her tightly. "Do you like the room?"
Mia repeatedly nodded with bright, sparkling eyes. Then she leaned in close to Suzy's ear and said
softly, "I found the secret stash of snacks that Grandma hides."
Suzy burst into laughter and whispered back to Mia, "No worries, with Grandma, you can tell me
anything you want to eat. I promise I won't let your mom and dad find out!"
"Okay!"
They had reached a happy agreement.
"I heard that," Aron spoke softly.
"Aron, I've kept secrets for you before!" Mia pulled out her trump card.
Aron smiled helplessly. "I know."
"What are the three of you talking about?" Evie watched them with a puzzled expression.
Evie was shocked and couldn't help applauding.
"It's time for dinner. Let's go!" Suzy called the servants.
"Mom, where's Dad and Brother?" Evie asked.
Just as she finished speaking, the father and son, fresh out of a quick shower, arrived in their
refreshing attire. Updated at Drаmanovels.com
"Evie, you look radiant!" Mark happily exclaimed.
Brandon, still carrying an air of authority, said, "Tell us what you want to eat, and we'll make it."
"Got it." Evie nodded.
"Go ahead." Athena gestured to Ottilie and Paul.
