"Your mate is Scarlett?" He asked and I sighed with a nod knowing I was lying,

"Is that why you came up with that plan??...so you can have time with her??" He sneered and I made a short laugh,

"Dad, I will kill her if you instruct me to do so, I might have the mate pull but I can withstand it!!!" I growled,

"Not yet then, we will use her to get what we desire!" He nodded and I felt great joy surge through me,

I can't believe it worked, this means dad never knew who my mate was actually, he only knew I got a mate...

"So everyone, Scarlett is the Dragon Wolf!!" Dad announced and they all screamed in happiness,

"She is a weakly, I can kill her singlehandedly" The Beta boasted with his shoulder raised,

I chuckled,

"I don't want her dead since my son has her around his finger, she will be of help, with her, we can get the construction and defence map of the Silver Moon Pack and also get information," my father said and they all nodded in agreement smiling sheepishly,

"Yes dad, that's great!" I chirped feeling so elated not because of all this but because my Elena is safe...

"I'll have my eyes on you, once you allow the mate pull get the better part of you, I'll make you kill her!" He gruffed making me flinch a bit,

"I can't fall in love with her!" I huffed with a shrug,

"The mate attraction you got for her is so strong that I'm sceptical about your loyalty, I swear, if it gets stronger, I'll make you shift to your dragon and kill her instantly, I can't allow you to become a sissy!" He growled with the coldest tone I have ever heard, his eyes were even bloodshot...

He dismissed everyone and walked away leaving me in anxiety,

I hissed and walked away to my room, there is just no way I'll allow her to be hurt

Elena's POV.

I sat angrily on my bed, I was done eating the stupid food they served me, each day I spend in those rooms increases my anger, each glance at the chain around my wrist and ankle breaks my heart and make me feel like a slave,

Recalling that I'm the true Luna's child makes me angrier, I should be the princess worshipped and treated specially but here is where I ended up even when I was yet to kill one person,

The rage in my heart was boiling rapidly, all the suffering I had passed through was flashing through my mind making me go berserk the more, I remembered the horrific dream of their extinction, I recalled the true identity of Elf.....

Just then, I felt my back tear open and two small white wings came out, I sprang up and made to rush at them but the chains held me back making a loud clanking sound while they ran away for their lives...

I fell back to the floor breathing heavily, slowly I went back to normal, I wonder what I almost shifted into...
