It was a skin mask and he took it off letting me see a different face behind, the face was more handsome and less scary.

He quickly put it back and sighed,

"I want the death of everyone from that pack but what I desire the most is the death of Alpha Darren!" He snorted walking to the window.

"I'll help you fight with my last breath!" I stated with a strong tone and heart, his story made me hate Darren and the whole pack the more, after doing all this to my foster father, they were also torturing my mate brutally, Darren is a devil!!, Elena is his daughter yet he wants her dead and had always made life terrible for her,

I guess it's my time to take revenge for Elena too, I'll surely kill Darren!

"I have suffered for so many years to build this pack just to attack the Blue Moon pack and defeat them, I don't know if I'll be alive after this battle but promise me you will kill Darren at every chance you get in life" He growled looking straight into my eyes.

Elf's POV.

"Are they all set for war!!!!" The voice of the Beta reverberated around the air and a loud yes sounded back,

I looked around and saw the number of men arranged for war, they were so many that I wondered where they had been all these while,

I stared around again but then couldn't find Darren...

"Where is he?" I asked myself before heading back to the Royal house to check on him,

No one had known the secret of Darren, how he gets the supreme power to defeat any battle not minding how great or powerful the other attackers would be,

I had suspected him of having a deep secret, before any war. He disappears out of sight for some moment,

With speed, I ran to the Royal house, I already have my plans for the thousands of army, I was going to use the ring given to me by the demon king to control the mind of the warriors, they won't only kill our opponents but also themselves, the Beta and the Gamma, everyone would be their enemies...

Darren is my main target, he is my fear, no one had ever hurt him in history, he never gets injured in a battle, I'm sure he has a secret which no one knows about.

Just at the same time when I got into the Royal Packhouse, Darren stepped out, just like he already saw me coming.

"Hey, you forgot something?" He asked making me sigh, I can't believe I came so late that I was unable to find out anything,

I looked up at his face and something was weird, he looked more fierce with just a glance, his muscles were larger and stronger, every part of his skin was as tough as you can ever think of,

"I came looking for you after I couldn't find you at the camp where we were all preparing for the war" I replied scrutinizing his whole body,

He shrugged, let out a short smile before shifting into his wolf,

"Let's go back and finish up that pack who dared me to my face, I never knew Javier had been my enemy for years and he had been hiding it, I had even thought he was a good friend and was looking forward to being his In-law as his son would be marrying my daughter, but it was all tricks!!!" His voice growled so deep with rage and sadness,

"Javier is so deceitful and cunning, so cruel to went as far as killing our daughter, he will pay dearly with his life!" I gruffed and also turned into a wolf, we both sped back to the camp,

I kept my gaze on Darren and could see a purely different man, there was a different aura of power oozing out of him, I just can't help but wonder what he did

to himself, what exactly was giving him such a power that were sending goosebumps all over me,

I think I got to watch and see how today turns out, I'll watch and see how far he can survive fighting both the Red Moon Pack and his warriors which I'll control their minds and make them attack him.

That would be after I makes sure Dorian dies too, I just found out he is being held by the Rogues.

"This is our only chance to bring Darren down!" Stan my Beta yelled at the top of his voice,

"What are you insinuating?" I asked with an arched brow,

"We have reduced drastically, our men are strong but few in number, the Red moon pack had waged war against Alpha Darren and his pack, we should join hands with Javier to fight Darren who is our single enemy!" He explained and my eyes glistened at the good suggestion he brought out,

"Stan, you are right!" If we can join hands with them and bring down Darren, we would. have peace again and would have nothing to fear!" I beamed and rubbed my palm In glee,

"We should kill him before going to form that alliance, leaving him here would cause more problem and distraction!" Stan suggested again gesturing at the young prince of the Blue moon pack, Dorian who seemed to.be unconscious from the torture he had passed through.
