In the same breath, Delilah painted Aiden as a bully. Her suggestion, subtle but pointed, hinted that should Aiden distribute a counterfeit item, his power alone could legitimize it.
Empathy began to swell among their colleagues, who voiced their support for both Delilah and Carman. “Carman has always been upfront with his fans. Is it even plausible that he’d distribute a counterfeit?” one colleague remarked.

“Miss, don’t you think your words are rather harsh?” Cheryl interjected, unable to contain her indignation any longer as she came to Delilah’s defense. “What do you mean by ‘fake’ and ‘real’? Aren’t you aware that the one who is less favored is the most pitiful?”
“Is being favored by the Edwards family really such a prestigious honor? Is it more prestigious than being favored by the Green family?” Sierra was unyielding in her rebuttals, leaving Cheryl at a loss for words.
As employees of Delgado Jewelry, they were well-versed in the hierarchy of the elite families. In all of Efrery, who could possibly outshine the Greens in terms of prestige? Being favored by the Green family was a true mark of distinction.
Undeterred, Sierra pressed on. “Moreover, if the Edwards family really favored the adopted, why haven’t they taken a stronger stand against the Green family?
