Landon Krane's hand trembled with fury as he snatched up the phone Jaden had tossed him.

His lips curled into a twisted sneer. "You arrogant bastard... You think you've won? You just signed your own death warrant."

He dialed.

One ring. Two.

Then- "Morix. It's Landon. I need backup. Bring everyone."

He ended the call and slowly turned back to Jaden with a face that looked like it had been carved from hate.

"You'll wish you never walked into this kindergarten," he growled, voice low and venomous. “In less than ten minutes, you and your family are going to learn what hell really feels like."

His wife gasped with excitement and clutched his arm. Their fat son cackled and bounced in place, clapping like a deranged seal.

The crowd of parents and teachers looked on in muted horror. Some backed away instinctively, as if distance might save them from what was coming. Others just shook their heads.

"Idiot," someone whispered.

"He's a dead man walking," another muttered.

Selena rushed to Jaden, her face pale, clutching Mia tight in her arms. “Jaden, we have to leave. Now. You don't know who Morix Sable is. He's not just some thug in a uniform-he owns this district. He's a killer with a badge."

But Jaden didn't budge. His eyes remained fixed ahead, calm as still water.

"I know who he is," he said, voice cool as ice. "But this just saves me the trouble of hunting them down one by one."

Selena stared at him, dumbfounded. The tension in the air was thick enough to choke on.

And then... the sound came.

A deep, grinding rumble.

Tires.

Dozens of them.

The kindergarten shook as a convoy of massive military trucks rolled in with thunderous force. Engines growled. Doors slammed. Commands barked.

Someone gasped and pointed at the windows.

"Oh my god... look outside!"

Parents rushed to the glass in disbelief.

A small army was swarming the school-dozens of trucks, hundreds of uniformed soldiers in full tactical gear. They poured out like ants from a kicked nest Helmets rifles Sidearms, Bayonets gleamedunder the sun. Some even carried riot shields and heavy machine guns.

A black military jeep screeched to a halt. The back door swung open.

A broad-shouldered man with thick sideburns stepped out, exuding pure menace.

His cold eyes scanned the building like he was reading a battlefield map.

Morix Sable had arrived.

He barked out his orders without hesitation.

"Squad One, Squad Two-lock down the perimeter. I want this entire kindergarten sealed tighter than a drum. No one in. No one out.”

"Yes, sir!"

Soldiers snapped into motion. Barricades were thrown up. The streets were cordoned off. It was martial law, kindergarten edition.

Morix turned to the rest of his unit and pulled a matte black pistol from his waistband.

"Follow me," he said coldly. "We're going to find the bastard who dared to touch my man. I want his face smashed in and his hands broken."

The troops stormed the building.

Doors crashed open. Classrooms were cleared. Every inch of space was swarming with armed personnel, weapons drawn, fingers tight on triggers.

The parents and teachers backed away, frozen. Children were hurried away by terrified nannies. The quiet kindergarten had become a warzone.

And in the center of it all, Jaden stood still.

Unmoved. Unshaken.

Then came the moment Landon had been waiting for.

The smug bastard stepped forward again, his ego back in full bloom.

he

"Hehehe... You're finished now," he hissed, eyes gleaming with vindictive joy. "You messed with the wrong people See all this? This is what real power looks like." fo

He turned to Morix, his voice suddenly full of reverence.

"Mr. Sable, thank god you're here! This bastard humiliated me in front of everyone he attacked my bodyguards, insulted my family, and laid hands on your loyal man! teach hima

lesson he'll never forget!"

Please beg you and

His wife rushed forward too, crocodile tears streaking her heavily powdered cheeks.

“Please, Mr. Sable!” she wailed. "We were just here to pick up our child, and he ambushed us! He's a monster! Look what he did to my Landon!"

Their pudgy son started fake-crying like he was auditioning for a drama series, sniffling and clinging to his mother's arm.

"He hit my daddy! He made him kneel! He scared me!"
