Chapter 85

Bye-bye Trash! Hello Queen! · NovelDrama.Org

Sebastian watched Natalie, dressed in a sharp black business suit that perfectly showcased her long legs, radiating an aura of confidence. The way she had just smiled into the wind was a sight that made it impossible for him to look away.

How had the Natalie who left him suddenly become so dazzling?

Sebastian realized he didn't know her at all. The woman he'd married was quiet, obedient, and never caused trouble. Her only complaint had been his closeness to Joanna; otherwise, she had been the perfect wife. But this Natalie was full of charm and a mature, captivating allure. It was like she was a completely different person.

Seeing Sebastian, Natalie felt a surge of annoyance. Before the divorce, seeing him was a rare event. Now, she couldn't seem to get away from him.

She walked toward him, her five-centimeter heels clicking with a steady, elegant rhythm. Under the streetlights, she shone like a star, exuding an undeniable charisma. She looked like a queen of the corporate world, her intelligence on full display.

Sebastian's eyes narrowed. "Come home with me. Stop this nonsense. I was wrong to accuse you before. I'm apologizing to you. I'm sorry."

Natalie almost laughed. "Sebastian, I've told you before. You don't have the right to apologize. Don't. You don't deserve to."

"We're divorced. Please, stay away from me."

She was getting a headache. How could she get rid of this man? That damn marriage certificate... why hadn't it been finalized yet?

“Natalie, I've already apologized. What more do you want?" Sebastian's brow furrowed. A man as proud as him had never apologized to anyone.

Natalie's lips curved into a smile, her red lips and white teeth a stunning contrast. "Sebastian, do you have any idea how much i've suffered this past year? You think a simple 'sorry' can make it all go away?"

"You're dreaming. You want to have your cake and eat it too, juggling both of us, but I'm not playing along. Go finalize the paperwork and marry your beloved first love."

"Joanna is perfect for you. A match made in heaven." She held up her slender hand, her smile dripping with sarcasm. "Do you realize how

laughable our marriage was, Sebastian? All we had was that

piece of paper. Not even a wedding ring. Nothing. Do you think I'd ever want a marriage like that?"

"A foolish man like you? Do you think I'd want you?" Her eyes turned ice-cold. "Get out of my sight. The farther, the better."

For the rest of her life, she just wanted to be left alone to thrive.

Sebastian's pupils contracted. She was right about everything. Their marriage had been a sham from the start, a tool for him to use. She had known it, yet she had still agreed. He hadn't even bought her a wedding ring.

"Natalie, if you want a ring, I'll take you to buy one tomorrow." He did owe her that much.

Natalie looked at him, bewildered, her beautiful eyes seeming to hold an unconscious allure. "Sebastian how many times do I have to say it for you to understand? We have no future. I don't want you anymore. Joanna is your future. Don't betray, her deep love for you, and don't waste the affair you've been having. The woman you protect at all costs, the one you spent a billion dollars to clean up her mess for-she's the one you belong with."

With that, Natalie turned and walked away.

Sebastian started after her, but Luna stepped in his way. "Mr. Griffith, my boss is

very tired today. Please don't disturb her any further."

Sebastian's brow tightened, a murderous rage simmering in his eyes.
