Hector appeared both righteous and stern, creating an impression that Angela was merely trying to frame him. This situation quickly caught Bill's attention.

"Mr. Zander, please don't be upset. Angela was just unreasonable and misunderstood you. May I offer you an apology on her behalf?" Bill stammered, hastily offering an apology without fully understanding the situation. His spinelessness was evident; a man like him could never lead the company without it eventually crumbling. "Isn't there a surveillance camera in the pantry? We could check that to clarify things," Angela suddenly recalled.

"Go ahead. If you find the proof, both Mr. Zander and I will apologize. But, Angela, what will you do if you can't find anything?" Nora interjected smoothly, exchanging a knowing glance with Hector.

Their silent understanding made Angela instinctively suspect their collusion. Perhaps the footage had already been deleted, but that didn't matter now.

"Just wait!" Angela snapped, pulling Yvonne along as they headed straight for the security department.

"Ms. Graham, I'm so sorry for causing you trouble today. It's all my fault," Yvonne said tearfully in the elevator, panic in her voice.

Angela felt the weight of the situation and knew she might have acted impulsively. Still, her frustration was real. If she didn't speak her mind, she felt like she might lose control.

"It's not your fault. Don't worry," Angela reassured her. "Even if you can't stay here, you can always join me at DawnStar."

Yvonne's sobs softened, and her eyes brightened with a glimmer of hope at Angela's words. The tears stopped almost immediately.

When they arrived at the security department, they found the surveillance footage had indeed been erased.

Without hesitation, Angela pushed the security guard aside and took a seat at the control panel. After a brief pause, she began typing rapidly. Lines of complex code appeared on the screen, incomprehensible to anyone who wasn't familiar with it.

"Ms. Graham, what is all this?" Yvonne asked, surprised by Angela's impressive skills.

"You wouldn't understand even if I

explained, Angela replied, her focus unwavering as her fingers flewe across the keyboard. In less than ten minutes, she succeeded.

After downloading the footage to her phone, Angela led Yvonne to the CEO's office on the top floor.

Meanwhile, Bill and the others were still casually sipping their coffee.

"Mr. Graham, Angela must have ulterior motives. She's too ambitious. You should be careful of her," Nora warned.

Bill, however, disagreed. While he had his doubts about Angela before, today's events had completely shifted his perspective.

Bill remained noncommittal, saying nothing.

Just then, Angela burst into the room, Yvonne in tow. She gave them a scornful look. "This is your last chance, Hector."
