Chapter 1425

Goodbye, Mr. Ex: I've Remarried Mr. Right · Cozy Season

"Randy?" Debra repeated. "Sounds familiar."

"He visited a few times when we were kids," Erica replied.

"Oh, really?" Debra tried on a red dress in front of the mirror. "What do you think of this one?"

Erica smacked her lips. "Well, it's nice, but you already have a bunch of red dresses."

"I love red," Debra replied. "It's bold and beautiful, just like the red flowers in Andrew's garden."

"How about this one?" Erica picked up a white gown.

Debra blurted, "I hate white."

"But you have a few white dresses too. White looks so good on you. It makes your skin look like porcelain." Erica was puzzled.

Debra pouted. "Nah, white is for dead people."

"Oh, come on. It's a happy day. Can't you say something nice?"

Erica tossed the red dress back to Debra. "Wear your red dress."

"I knew this one was the best." Debra held the dress up to herself, and the stylist giggled.

Debra looked confused. "What's wrong? Doesn't this one look good?"

"Not really," the stylist replied. "It's just as Mr. Andrew Potter guessed. You'd pick this one."

She winked at the makeup artist, who quickly brought out a set of jewelry. "This was made to match this dress."

Erica gasped. It was like wearing three luxury mansions.

"Andrew is way too confident," she muttered. "How did he know you'd pick this one?"

Debra chested out. "Because he knows me best."

"Yeah, right. He knows you best and treats you best." Erica grew jealous. "I need to take a breather. Thinking about useless boyfriend makes

me mad."

Debra smiled, feeling like the luckiest person in the world.

Just then, a maid walked in. "Ms. Frazier, your parents have arrived and are waiting for you downstairs."

"Mom and Dad are here?" Debra turned to the maid. "What about Mr. and Mrs. Potter?"

The maid replied, "They're downstairs, too, waiting for you."

"Okay. I'll be right down." Debra gave

the spa diamond necklace

one

last touch before reluctantly leaving her favorite dressing room.

Downstairs, the elders from the Potter and Frazier families were chatting happily

on the sofa.

Debra rushed down the stairs. "Mr. and Mrs. Potter."

Her mother grumbled, "You didn't even greet your own parents first."

"I see you guys every day," Debra said with a smile. "Besides, Mr. and Mrs. Potter

are like my second parents."

Debra sat down next to her mom

and hugged her arm. "Mom, today is

my coming-of-age party. What did you and Dad get me? Mr. and Mrs. Potter said they have something special for me."

"We've got plenty of things," her father chuckled.
