As long as I keep my companies halting ingredient supplies, every new branch of Skyline Restaurant will only pile up losses. I’d love to see how much capital they have to keep playing this game with me!” Stephen declared confidently.
Marc, who had delivered the news, nodded in agreement, seizing the chance to flatter him. “Exactly! Compared to us, they’re nothing. They can’t match us in capital, and their resources are laughable. If they dare oppose us, we have countless ways to crush them!”

Think about it: those fresh ingredients need to reach the restaurants the same day. Do you have any idea how much that costs? But now, they’ve gone and opened thirteen branches all at once. If a handful of those start operating at a loss, it’ll drag the others down with them. At that point, they won’t need us to intervene.
