How is this possible? How could she be pregnant by Beta Adrian? What happened that I’m not aware of? And how did that cursed girl find out about it?
I left the meeting room, still dumbfounded by everything I had just heard. I have questions to ask Sheela; she has a lot of explaining to do.
“Have you seen the woman you wanted me to marry?” Christian asked, staring at me.
I have nothing to say to him right now. I need to get to the bottom of this whole thing. Whether Sheela is pregnant by Adrian or not, I will never let Amira marry my son. I will do whatever it takes to come between them.
“Where is Alpha Gotham?” I asked one of the guards who had escorted them out of the meeting room.
Knowing how Alpha Gotham is, I have to clear my name if I want to survive. He won’t let this slide. He would definitely fight back because the humiliation was too much. I need to clear both my name and my son’s, because that’s the most I can do for him as a mother.
