Chapter 609

Miss Josefina: Nobody's Princess · Dana E.

After some discussion, Josefina decided to stay in the dorms. The group gathered for a meal, enjoying each other's company over dinner.

Once dinner wrapped up, Brandon took Oliver aside. As they sat in the car, Brandon didn't waste any time. "Oliver, did you upset Josie?"

Oliver just hummed in response, which only fueled Brandon's irritation. "What happened? How could you upset Josie? Did you do something to hurt her?"

Oliver gave a wry smile and tried to explain, "Let's not get into it. It's between me and Josie. I'll make it right."

Brandon wasn't buying it. He sighed deeply, his voice firm. "Oliver, you need to cherish and pamper girls. You've never been in a relationship; you really should learn more. If all else fails, maybe watch some romantic comedies."

Oliver frowned, choosing not to respond.

Brandon pressed on, "Why not learn from Finley? I remember he had some experience with relationships; he surely knows how to make a girl happy. You could pick up a few tips from him."

Oliver replied, "Can't learn from Finley, he upset Josie's close friend."

"What?" Brandon was stunned. What had Finley done?

Brandon quickly backpedaled. "Then keep your distance from Finley. What if it upsets Josie? Finley must have done something to hurt that poor girl."

Oliver added, "Finley likes Nichola."

"What?" Brandon was taken aback again.

Brandon sighed with regret. "Finley's a good kid, but he sure can't pick 'em. Out of

all the people, he goes for Nichola? He's just asking for trouble."

Oliver commented, "Nichola doesn't like him."

"Huh?" Brandon was dumbfounded.

Oliver continued, "Rumor has it, she likes me."

"What?" Brandon coughed violently.

After a night filled with drama, he quickly took a heartburn pill. Once he calmed down, Brandon spoke- seriously. "Oliver, don't make a mistake. Stay away from the sydney family, all of them.

Oliver answered, "I don't know, that's just what I heard."

Oliver didn't tell Brandon that it was Josefina who mentioned it.

Brandon advised, "Regardless, you need to keep your distance from her.

Remember, Josie is the only one for me!"

"Grandpa, the only one for me is Josie too."

After showering and changing into her pajamas, Josefina was about to dry her hair.

Just then, Oliver climbed in through the window.

Josefina was speechless.

Oliver came holding a bubble tea and some barbecue, a pleading smile on his face. "Josie, please don't be mad. I'm sorry, okay?"

Josefina turned away, continuing to dry her hair.

Oliver put down the food, washed his hands, and took the hairdryer from Josefina, helping her dry her hair.

Josefina didn't resist any longer; after all, she was partly to blame for getting too drunk the night before.

Once her hair was dry, Oliver smiled and said, "Josie, I got your favorite bubble tea and some barbecue too."
