Chapter 1295
Did she just lift that entire lab desk like it was nothing?
What?!
The workstations in the medical department weren't standard school desks. Outfitted with computers and heavy experimental equipment, the whole setup weighed easily over two hundred pounds.
Usually, it took a few people to move one for maintenance.
And Juniper just lifted it with her bare hands?
More importantly, she did it so casually, as if she were picking up a small kitten.
Leland froze in his seat, staring at Juniper as she rolled her wrists. Pure terror flashed in his eyes.
"Don't panic," Juniper said, stuffing her hands into her pockets. She turned toward him, flashing a bright, utterly manufactured smile. "The desk was slightly crooked. I just nudged it a bit."
Nudged it a bit? the rest of the class thought wildly.
Was this something a fragile, pampered girl was supposed to be capable of?
Judging by that display of raw power, she could probably punch a cow to death. Leland swallowed hard, too afraid to even exhale loudly.
"I'm done. You guys can go back to chatting." Juniper offered a lazy smirk, strolled right back to her seat, and happily opened a game on her phone.
The previously buzzing classroom fell dead silent.
No one dared utter another word.
Shortly after, Professor Dawson walked in carrying a stack of exams. His face was darker than a thundercloud.
He was visibly furious.
Leland instantly straightened his posture, glancing back at a calm Juniper with a gloating smirk.
A zero.
Once the grades were announced, he couldn't wait to see how she'd have the nerve to claim she "understood the material" and stay in the class.
"Look at how you all performed on this exam," Professor Dawson slammed the papers onto the podium, glaring icy daggers at the room. "If you're this careless now, who in their right mind would ever trust you with a patient?"
The students remained dead silent. Professor Dawson was notoriously strict; they were used to the brutal scoldings.
"On this test, someone actually scored a zero," he announced, his voice vibrating with rage.
Someone really got a zero?
The students exchanged knowing looks, discreetly shooting glances at Juniper.
Leland raised an eyebrow, his expression dripping with arrogance. See? I told you she bombed it.
"However, someone also managed to score a perfect hundred," Dawson added, his expression softening considerably.
A perfect score?
The class immediately shifted their gaze to Leland, universally assuming it was him.
Right after the exam, he had bragged endlessly about how simple the questions were and how he had filled out every single page.
He truly lived up to his reputation as the professor's favorite.
Basking in the unspoken praise, Leland proudly lifted his chin.
Dawson then began distributing the papers.
The class was small, so it didn't take long for nearly everyone to get their results back.
Eventually, only two people were left empty-handed.
Juniper and Leland.
Who got the perfect score, and who got the zero?
The answer seemed obvious!
Dawson picked up the last two exams, his gaze drifting toward Juniper with a bizarrely conflicted expression.
He looked from the test to her, his face radiating absolute incomprehension.
The students felt even more validated.

Leland smirked, deliberately
speaking up, "Why so quiet,
Professor? Are you hesitating to
reprimand her because you afraid
of her powerful connections?"
A classmate chimed in, "Probably."
"It's easy to invite a problem in, but hard to kick it out. The professor really dug his
own grave this time!" Leland scoffed.
Another student added, "Her psychological endurance is impressive, though. I bet
she won't even show her face tomorrow."
er Leland laughed. "If I got

"I will hand out the zero score first," Dawson interrupted, his tone chillingly sharp.
Everyone looked up simultaneously, fully expecting to hear Juniper's name echo through the room.
