Chapter 267

My Dad's Bestfriend · Liz Barnet

"Well..." He leaned closer, his breath sending shivers down my spine. "If I weren't the way I am, would you really let me fuck you, Sienna?"

My body went rigid at his question, my heart racing as if it might burst through my chest. Would I?

I didn't know. But one thing was certain: no matter how he came to me, I would let him ruin me.

But I couldn't tell him that. Could I? Hell no.

"Behave yourself, Grayson," I muttered, forcing the spoon into my mouth, my voice shaky. "We're in front of my parents."

"Who are too busy arguing to notice," he chuckled, his hand sliding dangerously under the table, inching closer to my heat.

My gaze darted to my mom and dad-they were lost in their own world, their years of unresolved tension bubbling to the surface. I knew how it would end: Dad would be the one apologizing.

And I knew exactly where Alex's hand was headed.

A mind-blowing, shattering orgasm.

But the problem was-I was right here, in plain view of my parents.

"Alex..." I tried to speak, but his fingers crept upward, hitching my dress higher, teasing the lace of my panties.

"I'm fighting the urge to throw you over this table and fuck you senseless," he murmured, his eyes dark, smoldering with desire. "But for now..." His fingers slipped past my panties and found my bare pussy, a jolt of electricity coursing through me.

I gripped the table's edge, desperately trying to maintain my composure. But as he began to circle my clit, I could barely breathe.

"Oh, fuck..." I gasped, my voice barely a whisper.

"Careful, don't moan too loud," he whispered, the wickedness in his tone sending heat pooling in my core.

He raised a wine glass to his lips, feigning nonchalance. "I have to admit, you two are beautiful as a pair, even when you argue."

Holy. Fucking. Shit.

Was he serious? Drawing my parents' attention to us while his fingers...

"Oh my "I choked back a moan as he pressed into my clit, rubbing it like he was playing a wicked melody on a guitar.

I cleared my throat, fighting for air.

"Sienna, are you okay?" Mom's voice broke through my haze, her concern palpable.

Great! Now everyone was looking at me.

"Yeah, I'm just—” I managed, but his fingers were relentless, teasing my entrance, gathering my arousal.

Fuck! I might die right here.

"Sienna, drink some water, please,” Alex said, feigning concern, extending a glass toward me, fully aware of how I was trembling.

I glanced at the glass, then back at him. He looked so handsome, but all I wanted was to punch him in the face.

"Yes, Princess-have some water. You'll feel better," Dad encouraged, offering me a soft smile.

How could I tell him that water wasn't going to fix this?

"Yes, Dad." I took the glass, my grip tight, fighting to keep still while Alex's fingers continued their maddening exploration. I was so close-so painfully close.

You can't come, Sienna. Don't come!

As I took the first gulp, his fingers sped up, a lazy smirk stretching across his lips. "Better, Sienna?" he asked, the heat in his gaze making my pulse race.

I raised the glass to my mouth, my body threatening to convulse as my hips

began to shake, clenching and unclenching around his fingers. With another gulp,

I felt it-I was almost there.

Fuck! I didn't think I could hold back.

Too close. Too soon-I was about to come apart under this goddamned table.

And then, as took a third gulp, the toe-curling orgasm crashed over me, and I gripped the glass tightly, my free hand reaching for Alex's to stop his relentless circles, as he rubbed my clit like a madman craving chaos.

The waves began to fade slowly as I lowered the glass, my voice shaky. "I'm good," I nodded, the concern finally washing off my parents' faces.

"You feeling better, Sienna?" Alex asked, satisfaction dripping from his tone.

"Yes, Alex," I muttered, forcing a smile, my heart still racing as I tried not to kick him under the table. "Thank you."

"A friend's supposed to care for a friend, right?" he shot back, his hand drifting lower, adjusting my dress, fingers gripping my thigh tightly.

"You are not my friend, Grayson," I shot back, my voice low and fierce.

"God! Enough of you two.” Mom intervened, her tone stern. "No more arguments for today. Alex, it's late would you like to stay for the might? You've had quite a lot of wine: You shouldn't drive home like this."

This man had drunk heavily countless times before without a care. The police were in his pocket—no speeding tickets, no charges, nothing. He didn't need to stay because of wine.

"Thank you so much, Evelyn. Even

though my house is close, I was worried about the police. They're always on my tail," Alex said, flashing a gentlemanly smile that didn't match the devil within f d love to stay. It'll make things easier for me."

What the-

Why did he agree?

And then I realized, as his eyes flickered to mine, the hunger darkening in them.

I guess I could kiss tonight's peaceful sleep goodbye.
