A few days later, Tae (Computer Guru) and Karma spend time outside near their nearly finished house, built by Dragon. Blythe is relaxing on a blanket by the pond with Dragon and Ps.ycho, all enjoying each other’s company. Tae watches them closely, feeling a mix of desire and irritation because Evander is also there, smiling and included despite his past. Tae is frustrated that Evander, who once lived in the house under construction without knowing its true purpose, now knows about it and seems to be accepted by the group.

Karma tries to explain that Evander is following the rules and that Blythe is happy, which is why Evander looks content. Tae struggles with forgiving Evander, feeling that the others are too quick to move on. Karma reveals that while Blythe plays with Evander and teases him, she hasn’t forgiven him yet, and the club will only forgive him when Tae does. This dynamic tortures Evander, who is clearly suffering from their treatment. Tae is conflicted, recognizing the pain of not being able to touch Blythe during her moments of distance and seeing how Blythe’s actions both torment and tantalize Evander.

Later, Tae retreats inside the house to cool down, overwhelmed by his emotions. Blythe finds him and senses his frustration with Evander. She points out that Evander’s eyes often flicker to Tae, suggesting he’s trying to find the courage to talk to him. Tae resists the idea, unwilling to forgive or even listen to Evander. Blythe insists that forgiveness is necessary for healing and their relationship, emphasizing that she won’t leave Tae but wants honesty between them.

In an intimate moment, Blythe comforts Tae, reminding him that no one is being soft on Evander and that punishment is still happening. Tae admits his pain over Evander’s silence during his own suffering. Blythe encourages him to at least listen to Evander when he’s ready. Tae reluctantly agrees, but only later, choosing instead to focus on their love in the present. The chapter closes with their affectionate exchange, reaffirming their bond despite the lingering tensions.

Chapter 146: Stop Smiling!

Tae/Computer Guru/CG’s P.O.V.

~A few days later ~

I was sitting on a picnic table across from Karma. Today, we were spending the day by our house. The one Dragon built. Bly wanted to be outside for a while, so we all took a bit of time to bring her here. The renovations on the house are almost done. Then Bly wants to get in ASAP and start painting. Right now

we’re all hanging out, the picnic table is littered with empty beer bottles and plates from our little picnic

dinner.

My eyes were glued to Blythe several feet away. She was lying on a blanket near the pond. Ps.ycho and

Dragon were with her, all wrapped up in her. Well, Dragon was wrapped up in her while Psy.cho sat

between her legs. They looked like they were having fun. Bly was giggling and they were smiling. She was

wearing her property cut with pride. It was the picture of what I always wanted. And made my co.ck twitch despite everything.

And by everything I mean that I’m just fu.cking irritated. Because Evander is also here. He didn’t get to see

the inside of the house, but now he knows about it. Which just pi.sses me off. He doesn’t deserve to know. He fucking lived here while it was being built, and he didn’t even know about it. It should just stay that

way.

There was a little voice in the back of my head reminding me that Dragon practically had it hidden. Everyone knew something was being built and Dragon was the one paying for it, but none of us really knew. I think most of us assumed it was a house for him. Which was pretty much accurate. Karma was the only one who knew the full truth. And now all of us do too. Including Evander.

Evander, who’s sitting over there with them. Smiling. He might be off to the side, not even on the blanket, but I don’t give a sh.it. He shouldn’t be smiling. At all. Ever. I didn’t smile for months, years because of him.

He should have to go longer than a couple of weeks. And it hasn’t even been that long.

“Stop starin‘ like that,” Karma said without looking at me.

“You’re staring,” I grumbled.

“Yeah, but not like I want one of them to burst into flames suddenly,” he replied.

I rolled my eyes.

“He’s smiling,” I stated, irritation dripping from my voice.

“Barely,” Karma replied. One word. His tone causal. Yet, it only added to my irritation.

“It shouldn’t be happening at all,” I ground out.

Karma sighed heavily before taking a swig of his beer.

“He’s followin‘ the rules, and Bly is happy,” he said as he looked at me. “That’s why he looks like that. So, what you want from me CG? Want me to make our ol‘ lady unhappy?”

“No,” I growled, angry, annoyed, irritated. “You’re all forgiving him too easily.”

“Says who?” He asked, turning back to them.

“Says me,” I stated.

“Yeah, well, none of us have forgiven him yet,” he told me. “Not really. We said we would, only if you did.”

“What?” I asked.

Karma looked at me again.

“I don’t know what Blythe’s told him, but I know she hasn’t said she forgives him yet either,” he said. “I think she likes playin‘ with him. But the three of us told him that we’ll forgive him once you do. The rest of the club seems to be more at ease with him now. Bly tortures him in ways I know kills him.”

“What the hell does that mean?” I snapped, not liking the insinuation in his voice.

“Hey, chill,” he said. “She reminds him constantly of what he did, don’t get me wrong. But she’s also in a different phase now. One that us all enjoyin‘ Evander’s sufferin‘.”

“Like what?” I asked.

“Well, I had her boucin‘ on my co.ck in my office yesterday,” he told me. “Reverse cowgirl style. She walked right in. Locked the door. Made Evander sit in a chair. She stripped for me. Even did a little dance. And when she sat on my co.ck, she looked him right in the eyes, remindin‘ him of what he can’t have right now. It was fu.ckin‘ se.xy. Hottest thing that’s ever happened to me. Evander even nutted in his jeans,” he ended, snorting out a laugh.

I frowned as I looked back at them.

“She’s giving in too easy,” I muttered.

“How?” Karma asked with a laugh. “She hasn’t asked me to talk about lettin‘ him touch her yet. She might rub her sweet little body all over him, but he never touches her. She doesn’t ask him to. He doesn’t cross the line. It might be fu.ckin‘ damn hot, but it’s torture at it’s finest. We were able to coax her into sh.it when we first brought her back, but Evander can’t. I mean, did you miss the part where I said he nutted in his jeans? The man is definitely sufferin‘.”

I guess I can see it. I hated not being able to touch Bly the few times she shut us out. If she fu.cked one of them in front of me and wouldn’t allow me to touch her… Hell, I’d do it, but I’d break at the end. I mean, there was that one night with her and Psy.cho. I ended up getting to touch her, but at first, she made me keep my hands to myself. It was like super hot foreplay. Maybe Karma has a point about it really being

torture.

I looked at Bly again. She’s now straddling Dragon, but laughing with Ps.ycho. Her cut fits her perfectly. She turned her head to ask Evander something. The four of them are growing closer. I can see it. I’m not surprised Dragon was easily swayed, but I’m a bit surprised about Psy.cho.

But they’ve all been right. My feelings about this are so strong because of what I went through. Because I know that Evander had no idea what he sent Blythe back to. That’s something I’m sure of, so it’s hard to rub that in his face. Angie and I were the ones that had it the worst, aside from Bly, obviously. Angie figured out how to forgive him.

So why can’t I?

“You need to let him talk to you,” Karma suddenly said without looking at me.

“Fu.ck that,” I replied. “I don’t want to hear anything he has to say.”

“Look, you don’t gotta talk to him, alright?” he said, giving me a stern look. “Just listen. You wanna fuckin‘ punch him in the face after? Go ahead, but just hear him out, CG. How you ever gonna get passed this if you don’t talk about it?”

“Simple. I don’t,” I stated before getting up.

I needed some space. I was sick of everyone telling me to give Evander a chance. He had plenty of chances. Years of chances. Now that sh.it’s out in the open, I should just give him one more? Fu.ck that.

I stormed into our house. I didn’t want to leave Bly. I just needed a minute to cool down. So, I walked down the long hall into the kitchen. Dragon’s been finishing the last touches himself. Well, him, Ps.ycho, Bones, and a few of the other old timers who actually know what they’re doing. They only have one section of cabinets to finish. The black looks amazing, just like I knew it would.

I heard the sound of someone coming closer, but I didn’t tense. Just stood there, waiting. I could tell by the footsteps that it was Bly. They were too light to be anyone else’s. A second later, she appeared in the doorway. Her hair was down, hanging around her in waves. Those electric eyes were stealing the air from my lungs. I loved the way she looked in her little black and white plaid skirt and the little white sweater she matched it with that showed off a little of her belly. Enough that I can see Karma’s name peeking out. Don’t even get me started on those black thigh–high boots she’s got on either. A damn walking wet dream

is what my girl is. Especially in that fu.cking property cut.

“Hey, you okay?” she asked as she came closer.

“I guess,” I replied, sounding a little more irritated than I meant to.

“You sure?” She asked with a raised brow.

“I’m just… frustrated,” I admitted.

“Because of Evander?” she asked.

“He seems to be having too much fun,” I ground out.

“Really?” She asked. “Because all I kept seeing was his eyes flickering to you.”

“To me?” I replied, my face scrunched up with disbelief. “His eyes were on you the whole time. And I saw

him smile.”

Both her beautiful eyebrows flew up in surprise.

“Okay, maybe he looked and smiled a little, but did you really not see him constantly looking at you?” She

asked.

“Why would he even fu.cking look at me?” I grumbled.

“Because he’s trying to gain courage to talk to you,” she replied causally. “Kinda hard to do that when you keep giving him that death glare.”

I let out a humorless laugh as I ran my hand down my face.

“You’re too soft on him. I don’t want him to talk to me,” I said.

Suddenly, Blythe placed her hands on my shoulders. She used me to push herself up, her pretty little a.ss

landing on the fresh countertop. Then those creamy legs wrapped around me, yanking me into her heat. Her hands moved up my chest, under my cut, slowly.

“Tae, you must know this about me by now, but… I do what I want,” she told me.

Fu.ck, can I be what she wants?

“No one is being soft on Evander, Tae,” she whispered as she moved her hands under my shirt. “He’s being

punished, but we all have to work on forgiveness.”

“What if I don’t want to forgive him?” I asked.

“You have to,” she replied.

“Because you’ll leave me if I don’t?” I blurted.

“Oh my god, Tae,” Blythe scoffed, giving me a flat look. “I told you that I wouldn’t do that,” she said. “Things are just gonna be real awkward, and I don’t want that. Plus, I don’t much care for this cranky side of you. You might be pi.ssed right now, baby, but you miss your brother-”

“No-”

“Just listen,” she cut me off. “You miss him, Tae. I can see it. You don’t have to lie or hide from me, okay?

You can be honest with me always.”

I sighed as I looked around, trying to gather my thoughts. Which was extremely hard to do with Bly’s hands all over me. And then she just had to kiss my neck. Is she doing this sh.it on purpose? Teasing us until we

give in? Because, fu.ck me, it’s working.

“I just don’t understand how he could do this to me,” I whispered. “How could he watch me go through that

and not say anything?”

“Ask him,” she suggested as she tucked some hair behind my ear.

“I can’t talk to him yet,” I said, shaking my head.

“Okay, but can you listen to him?” She asked. “For me? Please? Just listen to what he has to say.” “Fine,” I finally agreed. “But not tonight.” Then I grabbed her thighs and yanked her to the edge of the counter. “Tonight, I just want to drown in your moans.”

I dropped to my knees. Blythe’s breath hitched. She looked down at me with those electric eyes. A small giggle left her lips as I started kissing her thigh, over my name.

“I love you Tae,” she told me, smiling at me with so much love in those electric eyes I thought I’d burst.

“I love you too, Fireball,” I replied. “Always and forever.”

The chapter closes on a poignant note, capturing the complex emotions swirling between Tae, Blythe, and Evander. Tae’s struggle with forgiveness and lingering resentment contrasts with Blythe’s gentle insistence on healing and understanding, highlighting the delicate balance between pain and love. Despite the tension, the warmth and connection between Tae and Blythe shine through, grounding the story in their deep bond and shared vulnerability.

In this quiet moment, the characters’ emotional wounds are laid bare, yet there is a tentative hope for reconciliation and growth. Tae’s reluctant agreement to listen to Evander, paired with the intimate exchange of love between him and Blythe, suggests that while the path ahead may be difficult, it is not without the possibility of healing. The chapter beautifully explores themes of forgiveness, trust, and the power of love to mend even the most fractured relationships.

The next chapter promises to delve deeper into the tangled emotions and unresolved tensions simmering beneath the surface of this complex group dynamic. Tae’s struggle with forgiveness and his simmering resentment toward Evander will continue to create a charged atmosphere, making every interaction fraught with unspoken pain and fragile hope. As Blythe pushes Tae to confront his feelings, readers can expect an intimate exploration of vulnerability, trust, and the difficult path toward healing.

Meanwhile, the evolving relationships among the group—especially the growing closeness between Blythe, Dragon, Ps.ycho, and even Evander—hint at shifting alliances and emotional challenges that could test loyalties and boundaries. The delicate balance between punishment and forgiveness, desire and restraint, will be put to the test, leaving readers eager to see if Tae can finally open himself up or if the walls he’s built will hold firm. The next chapter will undoubtedly heighten the emotional stakes, blending tension with tenderness in unexpected ways.
