I lay Scarlett gently on the floor and head to the door, I shut it up before walking

back to Elena whose expression was blank,

"You made her fall asleep?" I asked and she rolled her eyes,

"Yes I did, it seemed there is something you want to tell me which you don't want her to hear, I just learnt I got the power to make one fall into a deep sleep, I'm sorry for using it on your lovely mate!" She huffed looking away with her chained hands clutched around her body...

I stood there with my lips quivering as my eyes roamed around her, the room she was staying in, the chains in her hands and feet, she was restrained,

My heart bled, I can't believe this was what she got for coming to see me, I must have been the cause, back then I'm the garden, I made her stay longer which must have caused this,

Elena's POV

I made Scarlett fall asleep with the new strange power which I had suddenly got, I can't tell how but I used it on her and it worked,

Okay, I succeded but then you can't tell how sad I am, I did it because Jason wants to talk to me but then, it might be to say "I'm sorry" it hurt me so much that he choose Scarlett as his mate, as much as I don't want to believe it, his expression them was real in my eyes, I had been having fake mate pull, I knew it,

How can a weird werewolf like me have a mate as good as Jason, it is impossible, I was having useless hope all this while,

"Why can't you use those powers to set yourself free??...you couldn't defend yourself with it??" he questioned squinting his eyes,

I smiled and lay back on the bed,

"Elena, you can perform magic for real?" Lena my wolf spoke out with her voice exuding joy,

"It's not funny" I hissed,

"First, you brought down that huge bodyguard with a single attach the other day, and today, you made Scarlett fall into sleep, I'm sure you are not a mere werewolf..." she squeaked,

The grumbling of my stomach made me remember I haven't eaten for today,

I would be eating once a day and yet, they are gonna bring it late, I'm not used to
