Chapter 210
Chapter 210:
The audience was captivated by the close-up view of Fernanda’s hands, although the speed of her playing left many unable to follow her movements.
Her fingers moved swiftly across the frets, a mesmerizing dance that dazzled all who watched.
During these moments, Fernanda commanded the stage, her every note infusing the air with vibrancy and touching the senses of everyone present.
All eyes were glued to her, and to Cristian, she appeared to radiate.
As her solo drew to a close, the full band rejoined, the lights brightened, and a wave of applause filled the venue.
When the performance concluded and the stage lights returned to full brightness, the ensemble bowed in gratitude.
The crowd, energized and eager, called out for an encore.
Despite the crowd’s enthusiasm, the schedule did not permit another song. The band members bowed once more before exiting the stage.
Cristian made his way out of his seat, driven by a need to find Fernanda, to share a moment with her, to ease the thrill in his heart. And he had to tell her—after more than half a month without seeing her… Deep down, he missed her so much.
Fernanda stepped down from the stage and was greeted by an excited Levi.
“You were incredible, absolutely incredible. You guys rocked the house!” Levi was deeply moved, tears in his eyes. “You truly blew everyone away, you know? No performance received a louder cheer than yours.”
“It was all because of Fernanda!” Sloane said, her eyes shining as she looked at Fernanda. “You outdid even our best rehearsals. I was worried you might get nervous, but clearly, I had nothing to fear. You were spectacular.”
That electric guitar solo was so intense. Sloane got so caught up in it, she almost missed her cue to start singing.
“Thank you. Everyone was wonderful. Your performances really moved me,” Fernanda replied, smiling.
Sloane hugged Fernanda, resting her head against Fernanda’s shoulder. “Fernanda, I think I’m starting to fall for you,” Sloane said with a hint of confusion. “How do you manage to be so effortlessly cool?” It wasn’t just an outward coolness; it came from within.

Levi interjected, “Well, after tonight, lots more guys will be into Fernanda.”
Sloane nodded. “Who wouldn’t like her? Tell me.”
Everyone laughed together.
Just then, soft footsteps approached, followed by a friendly voice. “Congratulations on your fantastic performance.”
Everyone turned to see Jeff.
Jeff was the president of the student council, and he had been involved in organizing the welcome party.
He hadn’t planned to come tonight, but around half past seven, he felt compelled to attend.
