No matter how sullen Nydia might sound right now, there was nothing she could do about Martha. After a second of pause, she spoke up again, “Obviously, this family of three is involved in it. Not only did Claude and Angela get away with it, but also Martha sought to get acquitted of the charge!!!“‘!

Jennifer gnashed her teeth, “I didn’t expect it to be like this. Gloria… What are you going to do?”

They had been talking and chatting, giving Gloria no chance to speak. Now, as Jennifer asked, they all turned to look at Gloria who had been driving silently.

Gloria pursed her lips and said, “It’s better this way. I don’t want Martha to die, not yet. What fun will it be for her to be sentenced to death right now?”

Nydia was a bit bizarre.

“Yeah,” Gloria replied briefly.

Bryson was a bit surprised and asked, “What other plan do you have?”

Gloria pulled her lips and said, “Well, I recently got another message, and it’s very favorable evidence. I won’t interfere in the court’s decision and judgement, and I won’t have any objections. There are more to come for them.”

Nydia was suddenly in high spirits. New hope lit up her face as she asked, “Wow, really? Tell me what your plan is?!”

Jennifer stared eagerly at Gloria as well but remained mute. Everyone in the car hopes that Gloria could take her revenge. Claude and his family had gone too far on this matter! Unfortunately, there was nothing much they could do about it, otherwise, they would seize them and leave them to Gloria’s disposal.

The mention of Claude made Nydia boil with anger. She clenched her fists and cursed, “Damn them all! One day, I will kick their asses to vent my anger!”

Gloria could not refrain from laughing, “It won’t take long. But before that, I shall practice restraint for the next couple of days until the third trial is over and Martha Hunter has been put through what she deserves.”

“Huh? What are you going to do?” Jennifer’s eyes were full of doubts.

Nydia could not refrain from asking, “Ooops, why don’t you just say it! I’m dying to know your plan!!”

“This is not the place to talk. Wait until we get to my house,” Gloria replied then stepped on the gas. Nydia understood what she meant and they did not ask again.

Nydia, Jennifer and Bryson were all shocked by the plan Gloria told them. Their hearts were filled with expectancy and delight each time they thought about what might happen next.

Gloria had got back all the shares from Claude. As for the money he owed, Claude could not repay it right now. Gloria allowed him to be in debt and kept both Claude and Angela working for the company.

From the shareholder and shareholder’s daughter to front–line workers with a low wage to pay for their debt, Claude and Angela could only swallow the bitterness silently.

They felt reluctant to leave the company and gave away everything they once owned! They still bore great ambition!
