Chapter 332
Chapter 332:
As they closed in on Ashton, the thugs drew their knives, twirling the blades between their fingers with confident, smug smiles.
That was when the leader of the thugs noticed Rosalie standing behind Ashton.
His eyes narrowed with a predatory gleam, and he gave a low whistle, grinning sleazily. “So, you’re playing the hero in front of your girl, huh? Too bad. You picked the wrong fight today! But I’m feeling generous. If you let your lady spend a few nights keeping us company, we might just let you off easy!”
Ashton rolled his eyes, not even bothering to hide his disdain for these lowlifes.
Suddenly, it dawned on him that this restaurant was located near the Lion Clan’s casino. If that was the case, Liam might be close by.
Without a moment’s hesitation, Ashton called Liam.
“Liam, are you at the Black Dragon Gang branch—the factory casino? If so, I need you to come to a nearby restaurant immediately,” Ashton said, his voice calm but firm.
Liam happened to be at the casino, finalizing some takeover matters with the Lion Clan, and most of the members had been incorporated into the Black Dragon Gang.
Hearing Ashton’s request, Liam replied without missing a beat, “I’m just around the corner. I will head over right now. If you need more immediate help, I can send some of my men over straight away.”
“I’m not going to waste my time on this trash myself. Just get some of your guys here to handle it quickly,” Ashton replied, ending the call.
The thugs had no idea that the balance of power in the area had shifted recently.
When the thugs overheard Ashton’s phone call, they erupted into mocking laughter, jeering, “Do you really think you can fool us? There is no Black Dragon Gang branch anywhere near here. This whole area belongs to the Lion Clan!”

“Yeah, keep pretending you know what’s going on! Lucky for us, we are tight with Tyson Green from the Lion Clan. He’s got our backs for sure!”
“You do realize we can call Tyson over right now and have a good time with your girl, don’t you?”
Knowing they were in another gang’s territory, Rosalie could not shake the growing sense of unease creeping over her, even though she trusted Ashton’s ability to handle the situation. Noticing her anxiety, Ashton gave her a calm, reassuring smile, silently communicating that everything was under control.
At that moment, a group of men burst into the restaurant.
Ashton quickly glanced at them and recognized a few faces from the casino scene the day before. He realized these must be Liam’s guys, coming in to provide backup.
Seeing the group rush in, the thugs’ faces lit up with recognition, and they moved eagerly to greet them.
“Tyson! What a stroke of luck! We were just talking about you!” one of the thugs said, trying to sound familiar.
“Yeah, Tyson, we have got a situation here with this clueless guy bad-mouthing the Lion Clan. But the lady with him is a real looker. We were even thinking about bringing her over to you to show our appreciation!”
