Chapter 943
Blood seeped out as the clamp sank into the doctor's abdomen. He looked down in shock, watching his own blood flow out, and instinctively tried to pull the hemostat free.
However, Matthew gripped his wrist tightly, pushing the clamp deeper until it was fully embedded in his stomach. When Matthew finally released his grip, the doctor yanked the hemostats out.
Blood immediately gushed out from the wound. The doctor clutched his injury and screamed, "Help! I-I'm hurt-"
Matthew kicked him to the ground and continued advancing Vince with the cooler. The room was filled with the metallic scent of blood and agonized screams.
Devin watched in horror, frozen in shock. Meanwhile, Pierre's face turned pale. Even though he had seen Matthew's ferocity, it was never as brutal as this. He worried about the aftermath if the cooler really contained imported medications.
"Maybe we should stop," Pierre called out nervously. "What if there really are imported drugs inside?"
Matthew turned to Pierre. "Have you forgotten what you wrote in your journal? How they renamed medications to inflate prices hundreds of times?
"They've gone mad with greed. Do you really think there are imported drugs in there?"
Pierre snapped back to reality. "No, there definitely aren't any imported drugs in there."
Vince yelled, "These are imported medications that must be used immediately once removed from the cooler! You have to believe me. I'm a doctor who saves lives!"
Pierre hesitated and suggested to Matthew, "What if we check the operating table first?"
Matthew paused, noting Pierre's lingering hope in these doctors. "Go ahead. Look at the operating table and you'll understand."
A hospital consumed by greed would surely have equally nasty doctors working in it. Matthew believed these people would only be bolder and crazier with their actions over the years.
Pierre approached the operating table and gripped the blue surgical drape, his face contorted with inner turmoil. He wanted to look but feared losing his last shred of faith the medical profession
Devin suddenly rushed forward with tears in his eyes and ripped away the drape. It revealed a teenage boy, about 17, deathly pale. The boy's chest was cut open, the wound still fresh and unstitched.
A hemostat clamped his flesh together, but blood seeped out around the edges, pooling into a horrifying mess of mangled tissue.
Devin's body shook violently as tears streamed down his face. His primal scream echoed through the room, filled with raw anguish and grief. It was the sound of a parent's worst nightmare come true.
Matthew's body trembled with murderous rage as he advanced on Vince. "You don't deserve to be called a doctor-you're a monster! I'm going to end you!"
Vince cowered in the corner. "It wasn't me! I'm just a doctor following Dr. Fern's orders. I only did the surgery!"
"Only did the surgery?" Matthew's fury reached its peak, his fists clenched so tightly that his knuckles cracked.
"Go to hell!" Matthew roared, striking Vince's throat with the Pulverizer Fiste.
Vince's windpipe shattered with a sickening crunch, and the cooler clattered to the floor as he clutched
his neck. He stared at Matthew with
terror, his mouth opening and closing, but no sound came out.
Footsteps thundered at the doorway as Dean wheeled Timothy into the operating room, followed by a group of security guards welding various weapons Vince tried desperately to speak to Timothy, his face turning from red to blue as he seemed to choke himself.
"W-Why are you grabbing your own throat?" Timothy asked in shock. "So what if they discovered the organ trafficking? We'll just kill them; there's no need to kill yourself!"
